Our services

Infrastructure Automation

Our engineers utilize Terraform, Azure ARM Templates, and AWS CloudFormation to provide clients with automated consistent infrastructure deployments.

Wrice engineers have experience with the following:

  • Integrating Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with CI/CD Pipelines for automated code and stack pushes for developers

  • Migrating legacy applications to the cloud and also transforming them to Terraform templates

  • Providing tailor made modules and templates to meet customer needs

  • Deploying AWS EKS clusters using YAML templates

  • Standing up serverless containerized applications with AWS CDK

  • Formulate Disaster Recovery procedures with an emphasis on IaC to ensure site reliability and meet service level agreements

Security and Compliance

Wrice Technologies has leveraged several security tools and frameworks to meet and satisfy client needs in the private and public space. Wrice particularly specializes in applying policies to meet federal client needs across various impact levels.

Below are some of the tools and frameworks engineers have applied:

  • NIST 800-53 Rev 4 and Rev 5

  • DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

  • Trendmicro Cloud One Conformity

  • AWS Well Architected Framework

  • Palo Alto Next Gen Firewall

  • Palo Alto Networks Prisma Cloud

  • Web Application Firewalls

Engineers at Wrice Technologies pride themselves in providing customers robust cloud solutions that fit their budget. We also offer consulting on cost optimization to ensure resources are properly scaled and utilized.

Wrice engineers utilize the following tools to help predict, analyze, and control cost:

Our Projects

Azure ERP Deployment

Wrice Technologies successfully deployed a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application on Microsoft Azure. The goal was to utilize Azure’s cloud capabilities to ensure scalability, security, and performance for the ERP system, which is critical for managing our business processes across departments.

Key Highlights:

  • Scalability and Performance: By deploying the ERP application on Azure, we utilized auto-scaling features to handle varying loads and ensure optimal performance during peak usage. Azure Load Balancer was integrated to distribute traffic evenly across the VMs, improving the system’s responsiveness and fault tolerance.

  • High Availability and Disaster Recovery: The ERP system was designed with redundancy and fault tolerance in mind. We used Azure Availability Sets to ensure high availability and Azure Backup for automated backups. Additionally, Azure Site Recovery was configured for disaster recovery, minimizing downtime in case of failures.

  • Cost Optimization: Azure’s pay-as-you-go model allowed for cost optimization, ensuring that resources were only paid for when in use.

Full Production AWS Deployment

Wrice Technologies successfully deployed a full-scale production environment on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using Terraform, an open-source Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tool. The project aimed to automate and streamline the deployment process while ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

Key Highlights:

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Leveraged Terraform to define AWS infrastructure through reusable, version-controlled configuration files. This enabled consistent and repeatable deployments across environments.

  • AWS Services: Utilized a wide range of AWS services including EC2 instances, RDS databases, VPC, S3, IAM, ELB, Auto Scaling Groups, and Route 53 for DNS management.

  • Security and Compliance: Enforced best practices in security by implementing strict IAM roles and policies, encryption at rest for sensitive data (S3, RDS), and HTTPS for secure data in transit. Security Groups and Network ACLs were also meticulously defined to control inbound and outbound traffic.
